I'm Sarah Bridge, founder of Sarah Bridge Tutoring and Lead Tutor.
My mission is to make learning fun, accessible, and confidence-boosting — while helping children develop a genuine love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
I help children aged 5 to 16 reach their full potential through tailored one-to-one support and engaging online group classes in Maths, English and Science, as well as specialist preparation for SATs, GCSEs and the 11+.
My inspiration? I still remember the teachers who shaped my life — the ones who encouraged me, inspired me and helped me believe in myself. That's exactly what I want to offer the children I teach: the support, motivation and belief that they can achieve anything they set their mind to.

PGCE & Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) — This means I'm fully trained to UK teaching standards and understand curriculum requirements inside-out
Degree in Early Childhood Studies — Gives me deep insight into child development, wellbeing, and how to nurture each child's unique potential
Current Projects
Since launching in 2022, I've grown Sarah Bridge Tutoring from a one-woman business into a thriving team of 21 experienced tutors. Together, we've supported hundreds of students across the UK and internationally, and we're constantly developing new ways to make learning engaging and effective.

When I'm not teaching or running my tutoring business, you'll usually find me outdoors enjoying life by the sea. I love taking long walks on the beach with my cheeky beagle, Bruce, going on playdates with my daughter, or sneaking in a yoga class when I manage to find a spare hour.
I'm a self-confessed coffee enthusiast and a bit of a bookworm — I love losing myself in mystery, thriller, and fantasy novels. I also enjoy going to the theatre, riding my bike along the coast, and planning our next family holiday adventure.
One of my most memorable experiences was spending a summer teaching English at a language camp in Thailand back in 2011, which cemented my love for working with children and seeing their confidence grow.
