More About Lauren

The magic of tutoring for Lauren is being able to know each child individually. She ensures every lesson meets their needs. There is not a one size fits all approach when it comes to learning. Her passion is to make sure all students are given appropriate pathways and support into education so they can be the best possible version of themselves.

Lauren hopes all her students believe they can achieve anything. She considers it a privilege to support them on that journey.

Her lessons are positive, creative, and active. She loves to play games and make learning as interactive and fun as possible. Building confidence, self-esteem and understanding the way the young person in her care learns is just as important as academic success.

Self-awareness and self-confidence are essential building blocks for achieving greatness in any area of life. Improving these attributes is an embedded part of her teaching style. She wants her students to feel confident, empowered and most of all happy.

Outside the Classroom

Lauren loves to keep active. She really enjoys running. She is currently training for her first half marathon. She loves to make sure she is always taking on new challenges.

She also loves to read. One of her dreams is to write a children's book.

Lauren has a 3-year-old daughter, Elsie. They are always outside or going on adventures. They love to go walking in the Peak District and get outdoors as much as they can.
