More About Sarah B
Sarah enjoys tutoring because it allows her to ensure every lesson is completely adapted to the student's needs and interests. She is passionate about providing all children with high-quality education. She believes all children can do well at maths, given the time and resources needed. Sometimes, all that is needed is a little extra support.
She uses lots of praise and encouragement to build children's confidence with maths. She wants every child to know that making mistakes is a part of learning maths. There are multiple ways of solving problems. This is one of the most wonderful things about maths.
Outside the Classroom
Sarah enjoys reading. Jane Eyre, Pride and Prejudice, Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings are some of the books she has read more than once. She also enjoys watching TV series, reading manga and watching anime.
Fun fact: Sarah speaks three languages fluently. She picked up a little Japanese watching anime, though that was some years ago and she only remembers a little now.
